Understanding Your Insurance's Coverage

Our team will confirm your insurance benefits with your individual insurance plan, and alert you to your patient responsible portion (i.e. co-pay, deductible, or coinsurance) of your visit. 

We can do this at the time that we schedule your appointment. We provide this service as a courtesy to our patients to make your appointment as easy as possible.

Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted for payment. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards will also work for payment. Credit, debit, or cash is preferred due to the payment processing system employed. All payment is to Alfredo H. Arellano PMHCNS-BC, PA. Full payment is due at the time that services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy

Our office requires 24-business hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. If proper notice is not provided, you will be required to pay the cost of the allotted time as booked: Improper notice, missed appointments and late cancellation fees are: $50 per visit. We do this to ensure that we can help as many people as possible.
