- Set Realistic Goals: To set realistic goals, start by identifying what you want to achieve. Break the goal down into smaller, achievable steps and create a plan to work towards them. For example, if you want to run a 5k, start by running a mile, then increase the distance gradually over time. Celebrate your progress along the way to stay motivated.
- Get Enough Sleep: To get enough sleep, establish a consistent bedtime routine that includes winding down activities like reading or taking a warm bath.
